Week 5

A sunny week this week saw the children doing lots of outside play. In the classroom we continued with our shared writing, our fine motor skills and handwriting. Our craft activities are going well and we have now studied 11 sounds. The Clown Word books are a great way for the children to learn their first sight words. The children are always excited when a classmate masters a new page. In our Maths sessions we do calendar maths, counting to 100, forwards and backwards to 25, guess the number and beginning place value. Here are some photos from the week.
