Clown Word Champions

Hurray to Bethany and Sasha for learning all their clown words. They now have their 20 page red balloon. Well done also to Eden, Sasha, Tiffany and Rochelle for learning ten pages. They get their orange balloon.

The Colourful Grasshopper

We decided to write some animal descriptions after our trip to the zoo. We started with a colourful grasshopper from one of our readers. The children talked about it on a Fotobabble.

Clown Words

The children are still really excited about achieving milestones with their Clown Words. Well done to Sophia who knows all her words up to page 10. She received her orange balloon today. Three more children should achieve their orange balloon this week.

Road Safety Week

Here are some of the children who participated in the road safety week activities. They had to walk all or part of the way to school and remember a secret password chalked on the path. Well done to all the children who took part.

Great Trip to the Zoo

All the Year One children enjoyed their trip to the zoo on Friday. We had a fabulously sunny day and really enjoyed the Education Team talks. Here are some photos. Auckland Zoo on PhotoPeach
